Wild fungus is a main item in European food culture, amidst which truffle, the king of fungus, together with foie gras and caviar are called the kings of Europe's three delicacies. Truffle can be classified as black and white, the scientific name of black truffle is tuber melanosporum, otherwise called "Black diamond", "Black queen", "fragrant piece", "Black pearl", the price of which is comparable to gold. In terms of preciousness, white truffle is as precious as black truffle. White truffle is also known as the "diamond on the dining table". Its scientific name is "Tuber Magnatum Vitt".

Phase 6 : Let it act around 10-15 minutes . Peel it off with a wet sponge.
